2/1/25 NOTE: Spalling work on the ground floor restaurant and balcony will start the 2nd week of February 2025. Work will start from 8am-4pm Monday-Saturday (possible noise disturbances, jackhammering and drilling). Spalling work for this stack will be done ending of March 2025 (no access to the balcony during building project). However the full building spalling project will be done sometime in late September.
