Additionally, you will find a gas grill, Pergella lighted firepit and a 7 person hot tub ready for you and your family to relax or to entertain your family and friends. This apartment is equipped with a new master king suite with double sinks and shower, two other spacious queen bed bedrooms with TVs, a guest bathroom, your own laundry room and a cozy living room make a perfect family atmosphere. Features a fully equipped upgraded kitchen, island, and dining combo, Less than 10 min to Hill AFB north Gate and 15 minutes to downtown historic Ogden! Perfect for military trasitions, College graduations, family reunions, traveling urses, traveling sub contract workers, or ski enthusiasts. Guest Access: This quite residential neighborhood is extremely close to Hill Air Force Base, shopping, and right off I-15 and minutes from the entrance to Legacy Highway, which make it super convenient for comuters to SLC. It is a well established neighborhood surrounded by well maintained homes and a neighbring park with a playcround and abundant recreatonal activitees, which makes for a very relaxing, private and peaceful atmosphere. . Absolutely No Parties! Only 3 cars allowed in the neighborhood (2 in driveway and 1 on the street front max) No Smoking inside the home. smoking is available outside on the patio. Noise ordinance is 10 PM in the residence weekdays and 11 PM on weekendsa. No loud noises beyond this time. Neighborhood watch enforced. Security cameras around the premises and monitored.
