"We thought this was a great place to stay and are hoping to book this spot again in the future. My family is from the general area and decided to use Reelfoot as a place to have a reunion. This house was perfect, as it provided plenty of room. We spent a lot of time on the deck, relaxing and talking to one another, and cooked a lot of meals on site. The kids were able to alternate between games in the game room, television, and other activities. The view from the deck is amazing."

"This was our 18th year to gather as a family. This property exceeded our expectations. The best word I can use to describe the lodge is that is was "massive". There were 11 of us and we had lots of room. So many things to entertain us. the manager was quick to respond to our needs. The beeping security system and hot tub pump was our only problems. we endured a tornado passing over head and we were safe in the laundry room. There was so much to do on the site even 4 wheelers which we did not use. Our grandson caught some nice fish in the pond. We had everything we could have wanted. A group of 15-20 people could easily find this lodge comfortable."

"Whether you are looking for somewhere to stay while fishing, duck hunting or just vacationing the HUT 2 is the perfect place. It is located on a quite residential street, with a beautiful view of the lake. I will have to say my favorite part of the HUT 2 was the porch that faced the lake. It is the perfect place to sit after a long day and watch the beautiful sunset. The HUT 2 was very clean and is spacious enough to accommodate a large group. The owner is very accommodating. We would definitely rent again!"

"Very easy to find. Short distance to the state park. Park was beautiful. Had a view of the lake, although the neighbor across the street is building a privacy fence, but you can walk a little and see the lake. We enjoyed our stay. Bring mosquito spray, they were bad because of all the rain they have been getting."

"Words just cant say enough of how Beautiful this area is.This was our first time coming to this area of tenneessee and it did not dissapoint! My husband has always wanted to fish this area of tenneessee and has heard about the wonderful fishing Reelfoot Lake has to offer. We found this perfect place to stay to accomidate our family of 6 and Our 5 day stay was a awsome family vacation. The Bass fishing wasnt to good for us but we did manage to catch lots of nice size bluegill , we ate several great meals at the local restaurants, which were so close to the area we stayed at so that was so convenient. The lake has some of the most beautiful scenery you could imagine. we seen lots of wildlife and several bald eagles,and one actually caught a fish right in front of our boat so that was wonderful to see too. we couldnt ask for a better place to stay and our host Tina was so helpfuil in answering all my questions as if i had known her all our life, made us feel like family even before we arrived! the house was so beautifully decorated and inviting and so very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect we especially enjoyed the screen in porch, it was awsome place to relax and enjoy the view of the beautiful Reelfoot lake right from the front door...we stayed out there most of the time watching the guys fish across the road in front of the house. So if your wanting to come to reelfoot lake you wont be dissapointed staying at the Lakeside View Lodge !!"
