“We had a wonderful week at a very beautiful property. The kids loved the pool, and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was used extensively. I swept off the pool table and removed the sticky substance from the shuffleboard table. Cudos on the pin ball machine which was heavily used. None of us had a problem finding a quiet spot to read or use our iPads. I had a desk downstairs to write my stories and sort out my photos. The excursions to Pidgeon Forge and downtown Gatlinburg were……

“We had 16 adults and 3 children. The size was great - we weren’t on top of each other. The view was fabulous. The kitchen is lacking for cooking for a large group. Managers response was prompt and friendly.”

“This is a beautiful property, absolutely lives up to the photos and description in the listing. Peaceful and quiet area, with easy access to all the attractions of Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Sevierville and of course the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.Great views off the back porch and balconies, a perfect place to unwind and watch the sunset after a busy day, especially in the hot tub!This was a place we found ourselves actually looking forward to coming back to after a morning or afternoon……

“We wanted to stay somewhere different than corporate hotel (shop local), and this was a great choice. We didn’t need a lot of amenities; just a comfortable bed and a clean modern bathroom. Contactless check-in was a breeze and I think we were the only people there that night, so it was nice and quiet. My only complaint is that nobody made a pot of coffee in the lounge the next morning. Other than that, 5 stars”

“There was a mix up at check in. The host was contacted and the issue resolved quickly. This made the rest of the stay work out nicely.The property is wonderful and spacious. We had 15 people and had plenty of space and privacy if needed.The location is great. Townsend has a short drive and has a more relaxed atmosphere. There is easy access to Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge is about a 20 minute drive and has everything a family vacation needs.I would return again.”
