This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back.

This is a wonderful hotel nestled in the mountains with lush forests and a very peaceful setting. The hotel was amazing, on my behalf , the staff purchased the tickets and at my request arranged for a guide who was absolutely wonderful. The hotel also arranged for a driver to collect us from the train station and it was only a 25 minute drive. Having installed the Alipay for tourists it was very easy to pay for things. The breakfast was plentiful with a great deal of variety. It was a wonderful experience staying in Zhangjiajie, visiting the attractions and staying at this hotel.

Awesome stay! Location couldn't be better – right next to the cable car. Room was clean and comfy, staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast hit the spot with plenty of options. Free parking was a nice bonus. Totally worth it, would definitely come back!
