WiFi didn’t work, pool was closed, room smelled of cigarettes, burn marks on the sheets, no plug in for microwave, a good amount of shows on the tv were completely muted even with the volume turned up and at 10:20, 40 mins before checkout, our door was opened to ask if we were checking out. I know that last part is a public debate on whether it’s valid or not but def uncomfortable. I booked with hotels.com but when I told them when checking in they had to check if there was an available room so clearly they don’t do bookings.
For the price it was actually very nice.. i stayed a few extra days.. morning breakfast was great... staff was very friendly and polite... this will be my go to
Its minutes away from my job, walking distance in a pinch. The shower was hot and had good pressure. The A/C worked very well... a little too well. Thats the good part. Now for the bad part. The sheets were dirty and had tiny burn holes, probably from weed seeds. The blanket had a large brown spot on it. Was it poop? Was it mud? Not sure if I want to know. I wasn't given towels and they didn't have any to give me either, so I had to dry off with one of my t-shirts. If this is all you can afford, hey, its better than sleeping outside. But if you can do better and you can afford better, spend money on a better place.
They are frauds!!! No one was there to checkin and after multiple attempts contacting them they still charged my card for the stay and it’s been nothing but a headache getting my money back and Expedia has been nothing help
