A good stay

Heating in the cold weather was always at a good temperature all staff was talkative and friendly and the local made it easy to get any supplies that i may have missed to bring with me.

There was a broken ironing board, bad paint job, uneven floor. Recently renovated, but only minor cosmetic features addressed. Front desk employee was very sweet and tried her best to address each issue. Saw the owners/manager but did not speak to them.

The room was nice and the cleaning staff was excellent. The only problem I had was the highway noise which could not be controlled.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom sink and mirror good shape. Lvt flooring looked modern. Sofa was hard but in goo shape. No elevator. Tub had chips at the base. Old door mouldings that have been painted over many times. Chips in woodwork in hallways. Broken window in room 204. Very squeeky bathroom door. Old closet doors for ironing board and hanging clothes. Weak coffee and limited appetizing breakfast items.

This hotel needs to be shut down for renovations. Everything you see past the lobby is just down right dirty and disgusting. The staff was the only reason I chose to stay the three nights. My bed was soft but on some sort of mental frame which made a ton of noise. The heater worked well and there were plenty of channels to watch on the TV. That’s the best I can give for this hotel. Please advise corporation …. Clean up this hotel. If not for your guests for your staff.

It was a good sleep for a bargain

Was it the nicest? No, but it was clean and neat, except for some stains on the furniture that were bothersome. But the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly, and the price was exactly what I needed. I felt clean and safe, which is all I'm looking for.
