Overpriced but secure

Capital Inn is in a great secured area, hotel has great customer service but outdated furniture and appliances. The bathroom light did not work for the duration of my stay and it was a struggle to get a fridge in the room, receptionist explained that all the refrigerators were out for servicing. Overall it was a nice stay, very secure and even though a bit pricey I still prefer the hotel due to location. Special shout out to Abraham, he showed exemplary customer service!

Good but expensive

It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.

The hotel is professionally managed with staffs that are polite, respectful, and professional. The manager, Jamal, is friendly and courteous. The staffs are highly-trained professionals and are helpful. My few complaints were handled in a titmanner.

Capital Inn Experience

Capital INN is a relatively cool place to stay with their touch of professionalism in how they maintain their rooms. Very cozy rooms with full working facilities.
