The staff is lovely!! Silvie at the front desk was always warm, friendly and very helpful!!! There are nearby restaurants and a nice bakery, but the central part of town is just a short walk! The WiFi worked well. Don’t hesitate to stay here! "

Parking was appreciated, as we walked everywhere. Thoroughly enjoyed renting e-bikes 2 blocks away and exploring the city, lighthouse, beaches, and nearby village."

"This is a lively hotel in Biarritz. It’s just above the old port area, a short walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and breakfast in the charming breakfast room was a cut above the other French hotels that we stayed in. My only concern would be that for those with mobility issues there’s a bit of walk uphill to get to it, but that’s true of most of the hotels in Biarritz. "
