"We stayed for one night and would definitely stay again. The room was spacious and my daughters loved having their own beds versus sharing a sofa bed. Room was very clean and a/c worked well. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. The area was quiet but only a few minutes walk to the train station, shopping and restaurants. The tower was an easy 15 minute walk. Staff were helpful and shuttle to airport was quickly arranged. It is easy to walk to the station to go to/from the airport but it was pouring so nice to have the shuttle option. "
"Old classic hotel by the river, great location with easy walk to the Dome and Tower and just 13 min walk from the train station. The hotel is old style but in very good shape, I got a room with river view and it was well worth it. Loved Pisa, underrated stop in la Toscana. Staff makes a great aperitif and there is a very nice terrace to enjoy a sit down. Would stay again."

The shower was great, the bed was comfortable and the staff was beyond helpful and friendly, especially Sylvia. She gave us a tip on a great restaurant that is right around the corner and set us up with a friendly taxi driver to/from the Tower. "

Wifi was fast and reliable. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly particularly Marta who was just fantastic! Breakfast was good but variety and could be improved. Our room had a large balcony which was extremely useful. Snacks were provided eg toasted sandwich as room service but variety and quality could be improved. A nice hotel to stay at."

"This hotel was a great find. We booked an apartment for the four of us. The kids were on a sofa bed in the living area and we had a separate room. It had a central location within easy walking distance of the train station and the tower. The room was clean and comfortable. No breakfast but the hosts left some breakfast items in the fridge and in the room. Also it was in a quiet area so no noise at night."

"Upon early arrival we called Patrizia and she arrived within a few minutes to show us around the property and to our floor. We left our cases there until our room was ready and Patrizia walked us to the next road to personally show us where the shops were that we'd asked for. There is a long shopping street running parallel to the property's road. Our apartment was stunning! Beautifully designed, bright and spacious. The air con was the best we'd experienced in Italy during this trip which was a godsend as it was 38 degrees. The place was spotlessly clean and Patrizia made everything easy for us. The property was about a 10-15 minute walk for us pulling cases in this heat from the train station so we asked Patrizia to order us a taxi for our return trip 2 days later which she did. The taxi cost around €12. We would definitely like to stay here again and would highly recommend it. "

The location is unbeatable—literally right across the street from the main train station, which made it incredibly easy for us to visit nearby cities during our trip. Just in front of the hotel, we could also catch the bus that took us directly to the city center, where the famous Leaning Tower and Piazza dei Miracoli are located.
The staff was very kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast—it was simple, good and a perfect way to start each day.
