"I invited about 30 guests to stay for a week at the Chateau du Lac Allure. Our stay was flawless despite the wide range of guests and age differences. William was always near by and responsive to our questions or needs. I recommend this place. "

My biggest complaint was that the WiFi (and hence smart tv) did not work in the room, and we were told that was just how it was. "DO NOT book this hotel. Made my reservation well in advance and when I had travelled 12 hours to get to this hotel for what I thought was going to be a romantic weekend the hotel was completely shut and gated up. The drive up to the hotel was also really sketchy. It's next to a hospital and kids sporting grounds covered in graffiti and rubbish.
Do not be deceived by the photos. The grounds are awful and the owner obviously doesn't care about the customers. Appalling service.
Please please don't ruin your holiday like I did. "
