"The facilities and the service were fantastic. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making your stay memorable and went out of their way to meet every need. On our early morning departure the hotel provided us with a wonderful packed breakfast. I have given a lower score in facilities as there were no movie channels and the TV channels limited, however the staff tried hard to link us in. "

"Overall we were very happy with the staff and hotel. However the waiting time for a drink in the captain’s bar was far too long. On average some time up to 15-20 minutes. The system for ordering and delivering needs to be changed."

"This was my first time staying at the Atlantic Bay hotel and was not disappointed. The staff were very friendly and easy to approach. While being in the bar areas, the staff would often circulate, asking guests for orders. There were plenty of activities to do during the day and various options for dining. The room was very spacious and clean with outstanding views of the sea and surrounding areas. The king sized bed was very spacious especially for a solo traveller. The mini bar was complimentary, which you don't often see and restocked daily. The hotel also left chocolates and sweets on the pillows during the turn down service. I attended the spa which was small but had what was required (steam room and sauna). I would highly recommend getting a massage from Olga. She hit all the correct spots leaving me highly relaxed by the end of it. She is also very friendly and attentive to all the clients needs. The pool area is also very clean with plenty of sunbeds around. The pool itself wasn't cold at the time of visiting and deep enough to enjoy. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and plan on attending again when I next visit by myself."

"The Grand Resort is a lovely place to switch off if you are able to go all inclusive but it is further away from the centre of Limassol than some might like, and the area it's located in doesn't have much going for it. There are 3 on-sire restaurants all offering a good variety with themes in the main buffet, and the Japanese is definitely worth a visit! All the staff are welcoming and charming to their international guests but the entertainment programme is quite low key. The hotel is a good size with a lovely pool surrounded by plenty of sunbeds in the grounds and down to the private beach. The beach is darker sand than pictures indicate but the water is clear and the promenade towards the city provides a good walk. "
