The neighborhood wasn’t the nicest, but the house itself was well stocked with books and games for kids and we were a 4 minute drive from the children’s museum! The house was very nicely renovated. We would absolutely stay there again!
Loved this property! It was exactly as described on the site. Plenty of room for the 8 adults in our group. Very comfy beds, extra linens, very generous amenities. It felt like home!
Would definitely stay there again😊
The property is close to everything you want to get to in downtown Indy. The bedrooms are very comfortable. We had trouble accessing the property upon check-in but the management company worked with us until the issues were resolved. Highly recommend this property for your next stay in Indy.
This property was phenomenal. Easy check-in. Four bedrooms with their own comfortable queen or kings beds. Large dining table and lots of space for relaxing and enjoying your stay. Garage available for parking, which was an amazing touch! I definitely recommend you check this place out.
The house was very nice stocked with necessary supplies and despite the surrounding neighborhood it was very peaceful. Communication with the host was great contact numbers worked.
Stayed here while attending a livestock show at the fairgrounds. Short drive, easy to find. Trucks didn’t fit in garage, but cars would fit easily. Street parking was easy. Host was easily accessible if needed. Amenities were nice and house was very clean and homey. Enjoyed our stay and will look to book again next year for the same livestock show.
Lovely house. Few things broken in the home that need to be fixed. Easy check in. Responsive landlord. House is very clean. Could use some tissues in the house. Great backyard. Remote key entry and my for garage door was quite easy to use.
Everything was great. Well supplied with many extras. Not a walking neighborhood but privacy fence and garage made us feel very comfortable. Only problem was with entry door electronic lock. That might have been more of an "operator error", but the phone response and correction was very good. We would stay again.
We had a long weekend and decided to travel to Indy on a whim from Columbus, OH. The house set up was great for two adults and three kids. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and living space. We had to reach out to the property manager for some assistance getting in and for the lock on the front door but he was very helpful and able to fix it promptly. The neighborhood doesn’t make you feel super safe (many cars broken into and boarded up houses) however parking in the garage was perfect and otherwise felt safe.
We were a little nervous as we drove through the neighborhood to get to the house as the area looks quite run down, but we had no issues. The neighbor lady was very kind. We didn’t walk around though as there is not much to do in the area and we didn’t see people walking around either. For us that wasn’t a problem as we needed a place close to the museum to take all the kids, but you’ll definitely need a car.
The house itself was great, spacious and clean. It is an older house that’s been renovated so lots of squeaky doors and stairs so being a noise machine if you’re coming with small kids. They had books and games available for the kids which was great.
Communication with the hosts was super easy.
Overall we had a great trip!

Beautiful, but
The house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable.
But we were shocked at the run-down neighborhood and did not feel very safe there. For 1000.00 for two nights’ stay I could have afforded two suites at a very nice hotel in a better location.
Also, the master bathroom sinks were so clogged that each night by the time hot water began to run in them, dirt from the drains was floating up into the sink. I made sure not to let my toothbrush fall into them.

Large House
House large enough for 7 adults, 2 children and a 1 year old. Check in process was not smooth. Issues came up during our stay which were communicated with the property owner, most have been addressed but still waiting for a reply about some safety issues during our stay. Neighborhood is up and coming, not necessarily somewhere you would want to walk around. For the amount of fees and extra costs for everything I wouldn’t rent through this company again. Close to the children’s museum though. Beds comfortable.
Overall would not choose to stay here again.
Great weekend trip with quick access to many parts of the city. This trip included visits to downtown (Mass Ave and the Zoo), nearby (Children’s Museum), and northeast (Fishers). The house easily accommodated 6 adults and a toddler with plenty of safe space for the toddler to be a toddler.
