Casa tropical ecléctica a 1,6 km de Coachella / Stagecoach / Polo Grounds, restaurantes / bares y tiendas con bicicletas convenientemente proporcionadas bajo petición y a 8 km del Indian Wells Tennis Garden. Esta casa se completa con una mesa de pong de la cerveza, una piscina de agua salada / spa, ($ 45 por 8 horas de calefacción), una ducha al aire libre y un nuevo bar / cocina al aire libre. Soy un asistente de endodoncia de 28 años que trabaja horas muy largas con pacientes de emergencia y casi no está en casa cuando estoy. Relaxing!
We were not disappointed with this little slice of heaven! We brought our kids who each had a friend and our two little dogs. The house is in a great neighborhood, fully stocked with everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The house is also amazing, the photos don’t do it justice! We barely left the house, we chilled in the pool, watched movies and took lots of naps. Martha is an excellent host who is easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend this listing!

Phenomenal stay at this property with a pool and hot tub. We were able to grill food each night outside and enjoyed playing several games of pool. Very stylish home with well thought out amenities. The outdoor shower was one of the most enjoyable shower experiences I've ever had! Yes, it's a bit of a bummer to have to message the host to turn on the hot tub, but you can spread the fee out over several nights and it's definitely worth the cost to have the private spa in the back yard. The driveway was very convenient and being close to Stagecoach grounds was a lifesaver during the festival. Very responsive and friendly host. 5/5 rating for Martha and her place. Would stay here again.

SPA debacle
Be AWARE: ....the reason we booked this house was for the spa and when we arrived there was no way to turn it on. A note by the front door stated if you went over 8 hours of use, there would be a fee. Understandable, BUT after texting Martha, we learned that there was a fee for using the spa regardless and we had to turn it on and off through her personal phone. It felt like a little bit of a bait and switch. We had to wait an hour the first night for her response in order to turn it on and the second night her spa connection was off and we had to go out back and toggle the wiring for her to get a signal. The additional fee should be stated in her HomeAway profile. Other than that, the house was clean and in a great location. With the huge deposit and the extra spa charges, I just felt nervous the whole time and couldn't truly enjoy myself. We ended up getting a charge for a water spot on the couch...Also, having a informational booklet would be useful. Instructions for the heater/outdoor lights/tv/firepit etc would also be great.

Forget the House, it's All About the Backyard!!
The house is just a house but the backyard is what will make your vacation amazing. The palapa is great and will make you feel like you're part of the Silicon Valley tv show cast. There is a flatop and regular bbq grill. Pool and Jacuzzi instructions are unclear so make sure to clarify with Martha if you plan to use it. Pool table is balanced which is important when playing for who will wash the dishes. There are only 2 beds and some padding that you can put on the floor so keep that in mind.

Beautiful yard with outdoor kitchen, pool and spa! Clean house and great location!
We really enjoyed our stay! The house is located in a quiet neighborhoood with a couple parks for the kids within walking distance! Only 2 bedrooms and small indoor kitchen but great size for a small family! Would definitely recommend especially because of the yard!
