“The dinning room table was sticky. I wiped it down but it did not help. The cable did not work on the big tv. The HDMI cord was enpluged for some reason. Plugged it back in and it worked fine. Cigarettes were not cleaned out of the ash try on the deck table. I don't smoke so it didn't really matter.”

“Really enjoyed the stay! 9v battery needs replaced in smoke detector FYI”

“Really Enjoyed. Only issue we really had was with another group of guests. They were loud especially arriving at 1AM and were not quiet at all, they left their kids run inside and out while banging on the walls and knocking on our door including during hours that were supposed to be quite time per house rules.I am reasonable and understand there will be some noises but believe me this was way beyond normal. I realize they can't control other's actions. Its just sad that rules are not enforced...

“Condo was perfect. We went for a fishing trip and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. Great view of the Gulf. ”

“ Upon arriving i found the unit very clean and smelling fresh .Enjoyed taking wildlife photos with tripod off back deck . I visited some café s and restaurants and was nice to visit Cedar Key again after 20 yrs . Saw Continued progress after last yrs hurricane destruction . Businesses were appreciative to me bringing my patronage as they rebuild .”

“Would definitely recommend staying here! Great location by the marina and public park and beach. Wonderful mini patios, a great place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. Very clean and quiet. The office staff were friendly and helpful, and very easy to communicate with when we called the office. We hope to stay here again!! ”

“We had a great time and everything was as described. The property managers were polite and stayed in contact with us our entire stay. We will definitely stay here again. We saw dolphins everyday and no snakes lol. The only con or negative if you will, would be that the elevator was down and our condo was on the third floor, but we made the best of it. Thank you. ”

“Great place to stay if visiting Crystal river or Homosassa Springs. Peaceful community and great views from the porch! Perfect for a couples get away!”

“My husband and my 4 year old stayed with me. The unit was just what we needed nothing less nothing more. We came for a quick 2 day trip to scallop. The neighborhood is quite unique. Each bungalow sits over top of the wetlands which was cool. The pool was nice and well maintained. The neighbors were also friendly. ”

“Well-kept, quiet waterfront property. Great view from balcony. Location convenient to public beach and quaint downtown. Most people get around on rented golf carts. Town is still recovering from 2024 hurricane. Most restaurants and bars only open Wednesday or Thursday through Sunday.”

“mostly pleasure trip. saw family and friends, floated river a couple times and hit both coasts and house hunted. Had the best time.”

“This was just what we needed. The nicest people in a quiet location. We rested and enjoyed top quality amenities, both in our unit and the area. Our unit was well stocked with the little things that made a big difference, wrll supplied linens, kitchen ware, and even seasonings and spices. This area was hit by a hurricane 6 months ago, and we could tell the residents took great pride in their community. We will be back.”

“The property was not very well kept, landscaping not groomed, large panes of glass leaning up against the wall right outside our door. The unit itself was ok, the multitude of remotes was a little intimidating once into the unit. Very difficult to find the light switches without a light on. Supplies were minimal as well as cookware and plates. I had to wash dishes right after each meal otherwise we wouldn't have any available for the next meal. The décor was kind of cute if you like the...
