"The apartment was nice. The building was nice, and the staff was very nice. The free laundry was wonderful. My only complaint is that I was turned away with a small group of 3 friends that were going to rest during the carnival for an hour or so. I was told that I was not allowed to have ANY guests in the apartment. This policy was not explicitly stated in the listing and it came as kind of a surprise and a disappointment. "

"A minha experiência foi excelente! O flat é muito limpo e bonito. Tem uma ótima varanda para as refeições. Muito confortável! O check-in foi muito rápido e prático e o Paulo é muito prestativo. Meu voo era bem cedo e, como não havia hóspedes saindo do flat, o Paulo me autorizou a fazer o check-in antecipado e foi ótimo para mim. Com certeza, voltarei!"
"Lugar tranquilo, com excelente localizacao em São Paulo perto dos lugares de grandes eventos e de facil acesso (ao lado da Marginal Pinheiros), tem um Mc'Donalds atravessando a rua, mas tambem possui uma cozinha suficiente para preparos do dia a dia. Unico lado ruim as vezes sao os hospedes que nao sao acostumados em Hostel, e acabam chegando tarde da noite fazendo barulho e acordando a todos, por isso verifique as condutas presentes nas paginas. De resto, excelente lugar e recomendo muito."

If I would want to be super picky, the bathroom in room 206 needs a coat of painting, the sink drains a bit slowly, and the balcony door takes some effort to close completely shut. But those are minute details, the room was very clean and very comfortable. I’ll definitely come back. "
