“Placeringen på kortet på appen stemte ikke med den faktiske placering. Det var vist at hotellet lå meget tættere på byen/havnen. Vi modtog aldrig kode til at komme ind og receptionen var lukket ved ankomst. Personalet var meget serviceorienteret og hjælpsomme.
