"From the moment we arrived, my wife and I were received by well trained and polite staff. The chech-in experience was seemless. We got a room upgrade. It is not my first stay at the Rosewood. I have stayed in both a standard room as well as junior suite. No complaints at all in either case. And the connection to the Galleria Mall allows for great fine dining choices and superb shopping. I will stay there again."

"I really enjoyed my stay. I would however suggest investing in soft close bedroom doors as I found the noise of doors banging all through the night really annoying."
