“Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) ”

“Absolutely perfect location, very scenic and quiet. The cabin was cozy, well equipped and the ideal base for exploration of the area. Bed was super comfy, had the best night's sleep and the shower blasted you awake for the day ahead. All in all a brilliant wee find and we'd definitely return. Thank you to Monica and Mark for a restful few days. ”

“The property is clean and has many amenities available for you to use. The property needs a little bit of TLC but otherwise it is a perfect base for some of the things along the NC 500. However Nikki is a brilliant host and was very responsive to messages too I would highly recommend Worth a Look for food although it closes at 7pm”
