The hotel is modern. Room size is a bit bigger than a lot of japanese hotels. And that bathing pool’s view did not disappoint! If you are driving here it is a little hard to find. Parking is 1000 yen at the time of writing for the period of our stay. Our alarm didnt go off so we had to pay a late charge for an extra hour. I understand meeting schedules is important in japan and it is our fault not waking up in time. The charge is almost 20% of our room cost though.

The food was good and the restaurant was super polite, but the concierge was rude. After our luggage didn’t fit into the luggage locker, we asked what to do, the lady just said then u can’t storage it until we pointed out that there was a trolley for storage. Then she didn’t want to help but she end up helping kinda rudely

酒店非常新淨，泊車位置足夠，早餐及晚餐皆豐富美味，鄰近著名景點雲仙地獄。酒店本身的溫泉不算大，但仍可以讓遊客享受舒適輕鬆的溫泉浴。
