The room was very comfortable but just a tiny bit dated - still everything was clean and working. Amy. & Claire are very helpful in all aspects of ensuring you have a great stay. Offering advice on activities and restaurants - cafes etc and will make bookings on your behalf. We have just returned after 10 days. "Rooms are spacious and recently upgraded. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Couldn't fault the breakfast or the food ordered from the menu, very reasonably priced and delicious. The bar staff were run off their feet but still provided service with a smile and very little waiting time. 100% recommend this resort to anyone for a fun time with excellent service."

"Lovely location, lovely staff, services & supplies were pretty big standard, and hotel looking a bit tired. Would have been an excellent review if it was $200-400 per night range but it was more than double that so I thought value for money I’ve had much better on Raro."
