“We loved our stay at Garto, it was by far our favourite resort on our travels. The staff and owner are very helpful and friendly. The villas are large with a separate kitchen, very comfortable beds/seating area, large terrace and the most amazing, privacy screened, outdoor waterfall shower. They are also spotlessly clean with all amenities. The resort makes you feel like you are in nature with lots of greenery and a pool overlooking the sea. Breakfast was huge and cooked to order. “Excellent value for money. The room is spacious, clean, with AC. I stayed for 7nights and will definetly come back. The bathroom is shared with an other room but I was mostly alone during my stay. Location is excellent to have easy acess to the pier, night market and the food court. I rent a motorbike to explore the rest of the Island. The hostess is so sweet and made my stay very special. Thank you so much 💕 I Hope I will come back soon :)”

“I don’t think you should ever try to charge people a 10% surcharge for using a credit card. You shouldn’t try to profit off a credit card transaction. I can understand you wanting to recoup your fees, but to try to make an additional 5% from a credit card. Not cool. Everything else was amazing. The staff is incredible. Obviously the staff doesn’t choose what the credit card fees are so this is really something for the owner to figure out.”

“Vi hade inga förväntningar ang detta boende och blev glatt överraskade av mycket trevlig personal. En dam kom och gjorde frukost kl 0900 varje dag och hon var fantastisk också. Rummen har en del att önska men sängarna var mycket sköna. Tyvärr luktade lite sunket/mögel i rummet men där fanns avfuktare. Då kylskåpet var gammalt och läckte både kondensvatten och kyla förklarade jag det för ägaren och hon köpte ett nytt meddetsamma. Duschens vatten rann tyvärr fel håll och då samlades mycket vatten……
