"Overall, I’d stay here again. The staff was super nice & I think they’re doing some upgrades but you wouldn’t know because it’s so quiet. We had a room on the 1st floor & never heard our neighbors upstairs or beside us. I would recommend brining an air freshener; my part of the room smelled of weed (though it was a non smoking room). I think because the last rooms on the floor were smoking. Also, bring extra pillows; we only got 2. It’s convenient to a lot of food options; Publix is up the road...

"I give this property 4 stars because if you are looking at hotels in this price range, you will already know you aren't expecting the luxury that twice the price will get you. It's clean, comfortable bed and pillows, and the TV has plenty of good channels. No complaints. For the price, I will be staying here again."

"The only thing I didn’t like was that when we got there and checked our room it wasn’t what it was supposed to be from what we purchased on Expedia it was suppose to be one king bed and instead of it being what we booked for it was two beds instead and it’s only two beds throughout the entire hotel."

"First, the clerk gives me a key to an occupied room, then he gave me an empty room which was horrible. There were roaches, spiders and gnats in my room, as soon as you open the door there is an overwhelming scent of mold. There were cobwebs above the door, The floor was sinking in, the ceiling was water damaged, the bathroom fixtures were rusted and gross. The room was unbelievably terrible. "Dan was an excellent host. He was helpful and was always available when needed, even though we didn’t need him often. The property is in a great location. It’s close to civilization but feels very remote. If you like to jog or walk in the mornings, it’s a great locale for that. The house needs some updates, so be aware of that if you’re looking for something that’s super modern. But, if you’re living lake life correctly, you don’t need to be in the house much.
