As soon as I booked, the hotel guest relations team reached out. I mentioned it was a short break to celebrate my wife’s birthday and requested a Bosporus view room. To my delight, we were given that dream room, even though it was normally a higher rate. The room was clean and tidy, well-maintained considering its age. The breakfast was truly 5-star quality — varied, fresh, and delicious. Staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, making us feel warmly welcomed. Specially, guest relation officer Ms Salma used to welcome us every morning and had a good chat and wellbeing. We returned home with wonderful memories of this stay. The thoughtful service and stunning view made it unforgettable

Stayed for two nights. Very friendly and helpful front desk and guest relations. Clean facilities. Very assessable to tram and ferry terminal. Very good shopping selection on the very street of the hotel. The breakfast selection was amazing, breakfast started at 6:30 a.m. which gave us plenty of time to eat and get an early start.

Just not 5 stars at all like advertised. It has the potential to be 5 stars but it’s an uphill climb. My room was an atrium facing room which was boiling hot the whole time. The hotel switched the AC function off and suggested the window is opened to the hot inside atrium for “cooler air”. No fan was offered and the room was above the loud reception area. Housekeeping needs work - trash was under the bed they had just been left there, and restocking of toiletries was not done without asking. The hotel has a nice location in the old town, so that was one plus. Overall, not a nice stay and not what was advertised. I will say the concierge was the saying grace and was very helpful with airport transfer and ensuring everything was all set. The hotel has potential but I would not stay there again.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The place was very clean. The rooms were nice and well-maintained, with a modern touch that added to the overall experience. One of the best parts was how quiet it was—perfect for relaxing or getting a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly and professional too. I’d definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a good, peaceful, and clean place to stay.

The hotel is walkable from many tourist destinations. The room was exactly as described. The breakfast was good, with many choices. The staff was friendly, especially Nadeem, who was very friendly and helpful.

The bed was comfy. We didnt buy breakfest option. The room was clean except the ceiling. The TV only had 3 working channels. The kids were upset about that. The bathroom was nice. The pool and spa area was good but the pool area smelled like mold. Room clean and hotel workers were nice and helpful. I would give it 4 stars. Good overall

Lot of noise around coming from restoration of another building.they had to mention to us before booking and when we ask to change the room they ask for more money.some of the stuff were not friendly and helpful..the door and the furniture needs some renovation.all the options inside are so expensive like spa but the region around is so perfect and the breakfast was great

Great location

This hotel is located near some tourist attractions & many shops & restaurants. I enjoyed the hotel & its restaurant on site. The restaurant has a great view of the city. Would definitely stay here again & recommend it to anyone. The staff is very attentive & helpful.

The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed ready to act quick on our report of the loose handrail in the bathroom (though no idea how quickly it was actioned as we were checking out that morning). The room was clean and the air conditioning/heating worked. The hotel doesn't have the best noise proofing, so you will hear traffic, ferry horns, etc. even on the upper floors but we were able to sleep okay. The hotel is right in the Old City, so just a 20 min walk from Hagia Sophia Grand Mosque, and surrounded by great shops and eateries. The restaurants have lovely views, and breakfast buffet was nice, varied, and tasty.
