"We had a nice week-long stay at this apartment, and the host was easy to reach. Checking in/out was very simple, and the location was fine for us. The bedroom (with its enormous television) was huge, and the kitchen and bath were also good-sized. It was easy to relax. "the hotel -1470's building- beautiful, enchanted, fairy tale place, the room very spacious, beautiful decorate(back on romantic' times) bathroom was comfortable,- not shower, only bathtub- but clean, large. I love the hotel, goes with the atmospheres of the city. we love it. the only complain is the day we arrived-Nov 9-2026- the front desk lady was very rude and unfriendly-she must have been having a bad day, because when we see her the next day, she turned out to be pleasant. however, our arrival left us with a bad impression, I believe that hotel staff need to show more empathy and patience, when guest arrive, we have just come off a flight of over 12 hours-nearly 24 hours without sleep- and they are the very first impression we get of the country/city. With that exception of that incident-which I believe is important to mention as constructive criticism- everything else was fantastic and I highly recommend the hotel."

"Great hotel in an amazing location in the heart of Bruges. We stayed in the new part of the hotel which was so quiet! No aircon in winter but you can open the window a jar which made the room nice and cool. With window open - still very quiet! Smallish shower but good pressure. Breakfast was fantastic with lots of options - must try the waffles!!! If you are parking at the hotel - do park up the road before the hotel - this will save you a detour around the city of 10mins to drive back to the road before the hotel to access the car park (on Meestraat). The car park is access by a car lift which is an experience (fun one). The parking is in double spaces - don’t worry if someone parks in front of you - the lovely staff will move the other car."
