Surf Park's Unique History:
Our home was moved to Jacksonville Beach in 1948 from Camp Blanding by train. This home was originally an Army Barracks.
We hope you enjoy learning Jacksonville Beaches history while you stay with us.

Surf Park is located only 3 short blocks to the beach. Restaurants, bars and shopping even closer! Completely renovated, and furnished with everything you need! You will see and enjoy all that the Beaches community has to offer. We are Jacksonville Beach Locals and love sharing our community with you!

We are PET Friendly with a large fenced backyard!

*2 Bedroom 2 Full Bath home. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, Bedroom 2 has a Full bed, and the Sleeper Sofa has a Queen bed.

Charming Home

Very clean, well stocked, new appliances, big TV, comfortable furniture, ceiling fans, AC kept us cool, large fenced in back yard with outdoor furniture and grill. Shed full of beach items like chairs, tent, wagon and bacci ball. Really enjoyed our stay.

A great place to stay!

The property is even closer to the beach than we expected and it was conveniently located near numerous grocery stores and restaurants. The house was very clean and comfortable and had thoughtful touches like coffee and cleaning supplies.

We absolutely loved this cute little home. It worked out great to watch our daughter’s soccer matches and for her to spend time with us a few times. Lots of walkable options for food beach a few blocks away.

I was in town for 1.5 weeks; this property was clean, cute, and updated with plenty of amenities I didn’t really need, but were nice to have (i.e. firepit, hammock, beach items). The location near Jax Beach was great, and the check in and check out process were seamless. Would rent again.

We had a great stay and the house had everything we needed! The fenced yard and outdoor shower were a big plus! We also appreciated the beach chairs, wagon, and cooler. Everyone in the area restaurants and stores were so very friendly! We also left a bag and the owner worked with us to ship the bag! We greatly appreciate her going the extra mile! Perfect Beach Cottage
