"I arrived promptly at 4 PM, about an hour after check-in began, and I’m glad I did—it took nearly an hour to complete the process. The delay wasn’t due to the hotel itself but rather an issue with Sun River, the third-party company Expedia uses. There was a small discrepancy in the booking amount (literally two cents!) that temporarily prevented me from checking in, despite having made my reservation four months in advance. Thankfully, the front desk clerk, Bill, was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. Once the issue was resolved, check-in went smoothly, and I was able to settle into my room. I stayed in Room 104, located right off the main hallway. It was a spacious double-queen room—clean, comfortable, and perfect for my business associate and me. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and well-rounded, offering everything from cereals and muffins to omelets, scrambled eggs, sausage links, patties, hash browns, and potato cuts. The highlight of the property was definitely the riverwalk with its beautiful views of the bay—a peaceful and scenic place to unwind. Overall, this was an excellent stay. Despite the initial hiccup, I’d gladly return and highly recommend this property!"

"Great location and facility. Valet parking well operated. Room had view of garage across the street that was not inviting. Accessible room was comfortable and properly equipped. Closets did not have room to hang a long dress so we hung on the door. Housekeeping very good."

"Great property and just as advertised. Though we did not try to walk to the beach. Very clean, very nice furnishings, 2 bedrooms each with king beds and tvs. Bathrooms have been recently remodeled, though a little on the smaller side, they were nice. We were there for a baseball tournament with our son and it was great that this rental had its own washer and dryer to do laundry. Extremely close to a Publix grocery store and several great restaurants nearby. There is a community pool and hot tub which were very nice and next door to Twisted Tuna so it made it very convenient to sit at the pool and get food and drinks. Twisted Tuna food was excellent! Our only small issue was there was a problem with the water pressure and showering took a very long time. Communication with the owners and greeters was wonderful. Would highly recommend! "

"The Villa was perfectly appointed and extremely clean. Rachel, our host was attentive and always accessible. We stayed for our anniversary and my to visit our daughter who lives here. It’s close to amazing bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back and look to stay here again and again! "
