“Three family members came to town for my daughter’s graduation, and we needed separate beds. The sofa bed was easy to use and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The place was tidy and had extra supplies, like spices and condiments. Eric responded immediately to a question, despite the fact that we found all the answers in a notebook he leaves for guests. ”

“My husband and I stayed 5 nights very near to Rubedoux walking and hiking trails and downtown Riverside with its wonderful Old Mission District. The condo was very clean, furniture was comfortable , all our needs were met . Outside private patio was a treat. Communication with host was always very quick with response. Freeway access was fast and easy but we got around well on surface roads within the city. We will be back next year for another graduation at CBU”

“This condo was perfect for what we needed.My husband and I had driven to California to see husband’s side of family. Location was perfect!! While there my daughter and grandson flew in to visit for 2 days. My son drove in from San Francisco and able to stay 1 night. Being a 3 BR it worked perfectly. “Great experience for VRBO newbie. The condo was immaculate. I had several questions for owner and she responded very quickly to all. The condo is tucked away against a SoCal hillside so the feel is very private. Location worked great for us as we were visiting family in Orange county, Riverside and Chino Hills. I would definitely come back.”
