From the moment I stepped into the lobby the staff was unprofessional and talked as if I wasn’t even there. Knowing this was a pet friendly hotel, I still did not expect my room to smell so bad. I’m pretty sure it was urine and there were stains on the floor of a red light substance, not sure if that was blood or something else. The bathtub was extremely dirty. We laid a towel down in order to shower. There was always someone smoking by any entrance. I went in or out of. The back area also smelled like urine. Definitely use a good power wash back there.

The room was nice, the bed comfortable and I liked that breakfast was offered. The shampoo, conditioner and body lotion by Dove smelled good and came with a pump for easy use. The hotel is really close to the airport and has a shuttle to take you there. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi.

Since this is a pet-friendly hotel, I really enjoyed that my dog could join for vacation. In my original room the night after our first stay there was a roach in the restroom that then hid under the cracks. My husband and I managed to kill it. After we went to breakfast, which was great. I told the receptionist and without any questions or hesitation, she offered to refund us a night and moved us to a different room. I requested one with very low foot traffic and she accommodated great. Overall I was very pleased with the service and stay.

The soap and shampoo was a great brand. Dove brand. Also the waffles and oatmeal at breakfast were delicious. I wish they had more fruit variety. Our restroom was not thoroughly clean not the fridge. The couches and walls were worn out with stains. This hotel needs a remodeling beyond what the staff can do. The walls had stains. I wouldnt come back.

This was the best La Quinta we've been to. The rooms were very well laid out and the lobby was beautiful. (Unfortunately we missed breakfast, but the coffee was hot and ready early.)

There was a drunken crowd in the pool. At few of them were related to a staff memeber as i heard a female call the employee "mom". The conditioner and body wash bottles were empty so i had to add water to them to get something.
