Excellent facilities (spacey room, excellent shower, wifi, bed). Check in at night found me with an unexpected closed reception and had to call a number to get a code to a locker. It would have been nice to get a reply from my message I sent via Expedia to get the code in advance, as it took an extra 15 minutes to get in the room after a very long drive.

1 night checked-in (June 2025). We stayed in a 2 bedded room. A single bed (not very comfortable) and a comfortable King size bed . Likes: - location is approximately 15minutes to Karlsruhe Hbf and easy to navigate. - The room is clean and spacious. - The staff are lovely and kind. - Good variety of breakfast. Dislikes - Pillows are too soft for my liking - The room is hot and there was no fan. However, 1 fan was provided on request. (Not enough as 1 room

In need of updating and not very private

Spacious room with double bed and separate lounge, but furniture and fittings are in dire need of modernisation - the room felt old and tired. Balcony (and bedroom window) faced straight onto hotel restaurant terrace where guest were chatting loudly and there was no privacy. There was neither airconditioning nor a fan in the bedroom despite it being a hot summer's night. There was parking in the deep level garage, but no lift for the baggage. Service was ok but not overly friendly.

The hotel staff were friendly amd helpful.Breakfast was quite and nice.The room is spacious.The older part of the hotel is in decent condition,but u can see a lot signs of repairing that wasn't fully done,the cups on the fridge and bathroom had yellow marks and dirt inside,this is a bit uncomfortable to see.....but it's quite and in a good location,we had a great sleep there,that's the most important thing.

Okay für einen Städtetrip, relativ sauberes Zimmer, die Einrichtung war zum Teil schon etwas mitgenommen. Das Kinderzimmer ließ sich nicht vollständig verdunkeln, da der Vorhang nicht breit genug war. Frühstück war okay. Positiv ist der den ganzen Tag zugängliche Kaffeeautomat mit wirklich gutem Kaffee!

Man muss hier einfach das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis mit berücksichtigen. Klar ist das Gebäude alt und das Bad könnte ein wenig sauberer sein, aber alles in allem finde ich bittet die Unterkunft ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und das Personal ist super freundlich!

Egentlig et helt greit hotell. Fin beliggenhet, hyggelige omgivelser, grei frokost. Stort og fint familierom, rene senger og soverom, med litt inngrodd skitt i dusjen og en balkong full av bøss. På årets varmeste dag med 38 grader var det mildt sagt utfordrende å få sove, tror vi fikk låne den siste vifta de hadde - den fikk barna bruke. Kunne gjerne bodd her igjen på gjennomreise, men på et litt kjøligere tid på året.

Das Art Hotel Ana in Karlsruhe ist ideal für einen Familienurlaub geeignet. Sowohl die Innenstadt mit dem Schloss als auch der sehr schöne Zoo sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Dreibettzimmer sehr geräumig (2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Fernseher, Bad mit Badewanne). Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass es 24/7 Kaffee/Tee gibt, der im Preis enthalten ist. Wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen.
