"Fab place, perfect hosts really make you welcome!, stayed in rm 8 which was huge! Lots of little extras, even had an Alexa and coffee machine! Bath robes slippers. Bed really comfy, room smelt lovely and was spottless..breakfast was 1st class quality products cooked to perfection, fresh fruits n cereal, nice bar and decor throughout the whole place..highly recommend this place its fab!"

"Great place to stay. Room was a decent size and the bed was very comfy. Tony and Linda are wonderful polite hosts and the breakfast was excellent.

"This was such a bad hotel I have 4 asd kids ages 16 -14 - 12 - 9 but me in wrong room costed a lot of money and ended up in 2 different rooms and the manners of the staff were very rude!! I will be speaking to Blackpool council about this never again will I stay at this hotel very dirty full of flys and not cleaned at all!! I am very upset!! Look at 2 pictures look totally different!! Breakfast was amazing, full English however you took it - accommodated my kids fussy eating and my vegetarian eating no problems. Little bar was great, reasonably priced. Pool table was a nice touch. The hotel was easy to find, great location for pleasure beach and south pier. Rooms really comfortable and all ensuite. The beds were comfy and tea/coffee in room with mini fridge. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, continental but filling and plenty to go around. We really enjoyed our stay, thanks for the laughs. We will be back :) "
"Hotel its horrible, dirty, we all got bed bug bites. The lady that worked it the place was lovely and very helpful. She was not the owner so not her fault. The place needs a good clean. Had to bin all over cloths and book the swimming to shower and buy new clothes. "
