9/10 Wonderful! (749 reviews)
The hotel itself is outstanding. The rooms are lovely and clean, great toiletries in the clean bathroom and a really comfortable bed. The downside is that the room’s windows cannot be opened which makes sense on the 17th floor but you cannot control the temperature and it was too warm to get a good night’s sleep. If you call the front desk, there is no answer and if you call customer service, no one answers a phone you you are stuck as by the time you are ready for bed, it seems one room would be the same temperature as the next. Of more concern to us is that when we came back from dinner around 6pm, there was a drone outside our window! Invading our privacy and clearly checking the room out. The whole point of the hotel is the view but we had to close the curtains. Calls to front desk and customer service again went unanswered. We thought later at 8pm it would be safe to open the curtains to enjoy the view but no….there it was again! When we advised the front desk at check out, she did not seem at all interested in the situation. As we had a flight to catch, we had to leave. This is the only place I can advise visitors to beware of the drones sadly. It was very upsetting to have this happen to us with no response.
