"Staff was very friendly, room was very clean. The power went of at 3:00 AM due to bad storms and we’re still out when I checked out at 9:00 AM so I can’t rate the breakfast. Everything Else was excellent "

"Pre-trip: It was difficult getting a response to inquiries from the host. Upon arrival at unit, was not able to enter due to the link for gaining entry was never sent to me. After speaking with the host remote access was provided and instructions regarding the link. In checking the unit, only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 wash cloth were provided for 2 people for 7 days! Contacted the host and final got additional towels on the 3rd day. Kitchen essentials were described as "basic essentials;" they were basic: 1 each of large, medium small pots and 1 very small skillet that could only be used for cooking 1 egg. Fridge had ice maker but wasn't installed. One corner of the rug in the living area was turned up which made it a tripping hazard. The bed described as "king-size" isn't. Overall stay was okay; however, upgrades need to be done to improve the unit."

"When we first arrived at the condo, we had many problems from the beginning, relating to the way we were able to access our room and with the amenities that were supposed to be included with our stay. We were told that the only way to open the door would be through an app that was only openable with a singular device, causing issues since we had multiple people staying with us. The door would also jam itself often and the dryer didn’t turn on despite being said that it would be included on our stay. Despite these issues however, the rest of the condo was amazing and we didn’t have any other major complaints. "

"The property was spotless and in a wonderful location. The ‘amenities’ were sparse - I sent a list of concerns (no top sheets, kitchen towels, wash cloths, etc. We also had to go through VRBO to get into the property because we couldn’t reach anyone) to the contact person who assured me they would be taken care of. We would love to stay again if the condo is properly stocked."

"It was really a nice place and a nice area. I had never been to this part of Texas before and I fell in love. There is so much right next to the unit to get into, I honestly want to come back. And the unit was great too, two master suite with a back porch. If I do come back (which is a strong possibility) Im looking here first!"
