This property exceeded our expectations. It had everything you need in a good condo: a modern kitchen with reasonably new appliances, granite countertop, good A/C, washer/dryer, lots of utensils. They even gave us a rice cooker. There was a water leak the day we checked in, and hence, they gave us a different unit. They could have done a better job of communicating that issue. But they did handle the issue promptly when we reached out. Definitely a great location - next to beach, close to main shopping/dining places.

Disappointing kitchen had no basics (salt, pepper, spices, olive oil, aluminum foil, clear wrap) Screen door on slider was in terrible shape, could not completely close the screen at night.
