The staff were exceptionally courteous, welcoming us with genuine warmth and making sure every detail of our stay was just right. The property itself is quiet, peaceful, and homey, surrounded by the lush beauty of the Volcano area — a true escape from the noise of everyday life. Breakfast was a highlight in the morning — the banana pancakes were simply amazing, and the fresh local fruit made it even better. We also enjoyed a bottle of the Volcano Pinot Noir, which was spectacular and paired beautifully with the relaxing ambiance. After a day of exploring the park, the hot tub was pure bliss — clean, private, and the perfect way to unwind under the stars. Every aspect of our stay was thoughtfully designed and perfectly executed. In short: everything was perfect. I communicated that we would be arriving during the check-in time slot. We planned to dash into the park to see the Kilauea eruption upon arrival.
