"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. "It was an average experience. The room was neat. Furniture was adequate for 2 people. TV and wifi are available for entertainment. Room was warm.
Bed mattresses are getting old, there were no toiletries, although warm water was available for restroom. There is no lift to climb to 3rd story."

The bathroom was also small and I wonder how big people can shower in the that small enclosure. There is plenty of hot water, which was appreciated. The staff was welcoming and super nice bending over backward to help us. Breakfast was good, plentiful. If you are a coffee lover however, you will need to go elsewhere for your morning coffee. "Good option for not a lot of money for one night sleepover in winter. Parking lot is secure and I could see my car through the window. The hotel is very easy to find and reach if you drive a car.
In winter it's too hot in the room because the heating is full on. Could hear all the neighbors like they were talking in my ear and elevator was too close to the room - that's a big minus because I couldn't sleep well half of the night. The elevator is so small that I barely fit with my big backpack- but that's minor issue."
