So many things to do

This was a good place for family gathering, and yet having some privacy. It was centrally located to everything including a day trip to Key West and to Miami. There was something there for everyone. Very comfortable. Three full baths were wonderful.

Best place in Key Largo

We had a great time! Unit was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Location and views of the lagoon and beach were great. Golf cart was a nice amenity. Owner was very responsive to all any questions. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Super Stay!

Great family vacation condo

Great location

Home well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Location was perfect and community was safe and gated. Only drawback were the stairs for we older folk, therefore, 4-stars overall. Could use more cushions for balcony chairs. Otherwise it was a great stay in Key Largo.

Close to the Wedding Venue and Everything Else

Our family came to Key Largo for a family wedding - at the time of booking, little did we know the venue was less than a mile away. Our host was very responsive and helpful to our questions. We enjoyed the use of the golf cart and the pristine pool that was less than 100 steps way from the 2nd floor porch. The layout ensured each family had privacy and plenty of room.

GREAT SPOT FOR RELAXATION

This condo was very spacious. Very clean. Right in front of the Lagoon and one of the pools. The golf cart was a giant plus. We used this daily. Thank you for allowing us to use your condo. We all enjoyed our stay very relaxing!

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for a laid-back and relaxing place to stay, Kawama is the place. This place had direct access to the beach on the lagoon and one of the swimming pools. The other swimming pool and playground are less than 5 minute walk away. This was one of the most well stocked places we have stayed. All the appliances you could need are there and there wasn’t anything we lacked in the kitchen. All the bedrooms were good size with plenty of storage and the A/C worked great. Next time we are in Key Largo, we will be looking to stay here again.

Total relaxation

The accommodation was clean and roomy. it is a gated community and we felt safe. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart for commuting back and for when bbq at the beach and enjoying campfires on the beach. The sunsets on the point were beautiful. The swimming pools were a bit dated and ready for a renovation. Overall our stay was great and made some great memories

Excellent time!

We had an excellent stay, condo is very clean, plenty of living space, sleeping space, amenities, and the property offered many things to do…golf cart was fun, swimming, fishing. Located within walking distance to many good restaurants and an even quicker drive. Centrally located in Key Largo, very safe. We have 3 teenagers and there were many families with younger kids having a blast. Many used the lagoon. K was super quick to respond to any questions we had too! Would definitely recommend staying here!!!

Perfection!

This property left nothing to be desired. The location was perfect, the townhome was very clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds, beautiful balconies over looking the swimming lagoon and beach, pool access, golf cart, fishing... it really had it all. K was a pleasure to work with and so kind. She helped us out in a bind when our original vrbo rental did not work out. Would definitely stay here again!!

Yearly vacation

Due to hurricane on west coast we needed to cancel that rental and book a new one just 2 days prior. After booking this, I received instant communication from the host. Any questions I had, comments etc, I would receive a reply almost instantly. The property was nice with easy access to pool. Quiet location for sure. As others mentioned in reviews, stairs are narrow and steep on inside but wasn’t an issue. My only concern would be if traveling with elderly or anyone that would normally have trouble with stairs.

Key Largo Feb. 2024

We arrived very late but the gentleman at the gate had all of our information and very friendly to help us find J7. Info provided for access to the unit was perfect, and we were very happy to find that the place was just as the pictures depicted. The stairs are a little steep for those with any mobility issues. We were two 'almost retired' couples travelling together, and it was a lovely space. We cooked a few meals there, and the kitchen was very well stocked. Local restaurants are also something to check out - recommend Doc's Diner for breakfast! One of the pools is just outside the back deck, and the 'snowbirds' that are there are very friendly - so made a few friends as well. Lots of deck chairs, so a nice place to suntan. So much to do and see in this area, and this was a perfect place to stay. Only used the golf cart once as we had other plans to tour the other points of interest in the area. Snorkling with Sundiver Snorkel Tours was also a hit! The screened deck on the back was nice to sit and enjoy the lagoon and kids playing. Overall a wonderful place to rest our heads at night.

Overall nice property

This condo is roomy and was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need and then some. The owner was easy to communicate with and allowed us to check in early. We really appreciated having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the downside, the golf cart was not working for the entire stay. (The owner did try to have it repaired while we were there, which is not easy during a holiday week.) To get to the water / end of the jetty without the golf cart is a almost a half a mile walk. (Or you can drive your car a little closer and walk from there.). It wasn’t a problem for most of my family but my husband had an issue with his ankle and never was able to get out there. I was not really expecting that the water is that far away. The lighting in the living room is also a little dark. We moved a lamp from another room to give more light. Hopefully the owner will make changes in that area. Without moving the lamp we wouldn’t have been able to have enough light to play games at the table. As mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are steep and can be slippery if you don’t have shoes on or go barefoot.
