### Condo in Keystone in a Quiet Area w/ Access to Trails, River and Shuttle Stop

This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The Seasons at Keystone is near Lakeside Village and the Snake River in Keystone. The spacious living area features beautiful wooded views, a flat screen TV and a gas fireplace. There is a beautiful half bath in the master, granite countertops in the kitchen, and private in-unit laundry. The location is desirable with all of Keystone’s attractions close by, yet just far enough away to ensure peace and quiet whenever you’re ready to relax. The Seasons at Keystone offers shared amenities including a hot tub and steam room.  
  
Please note that we have a minimum age requirement. To reserve one of our vacation rentals the paying guest must be 24 years of age or older.  
  
The entryway has a bench and mounted hooks for your convenience while coming and going throughout the day. The living area features a flat screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a sleeper sofa. The homeowner has also provided books and board games for your enjoyment. Just off the living area is a private patio offering treed views. Enjoy the sounds of the Snake River from the patio or go for a walk along the nearby trails.  
  
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats four. The full bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and a show/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. There is also a private washer and dryer.  
  
The bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The en suite half bath has a single sink vanity with granite countertops.  
  
Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

#### Early season skiing

As former Keystone owners we were pretty familiar with all the different Condos for rent and this unit at the Seasons was perfect for location( walk to Lakeside Village) on the ski bus route and a great early season price plus an awesome place to stay with a comfy bed and great amenities. One suggestion is to post a message on where the bus stop is located. Thanks for a great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at the rental—it was well stocked and very clean. However, our experience was marred by the service from Summit Rental Agency. When we discovered that the remote control for the living room TV was missing, we had to contact the agency four times over a 48-hour period before a remote was finally delivered. This delay significantly impacted our ability to relax and enjoy the property. While the rental itself met our expectations, we hope that the agency will improve their response times in the future.

#### Highly recommend The Seasons at Keystone #1836

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was highly impressed with the communication from Summit Mountain Retreats! The guidebook that was emailed to me prior to our stay was detailed with a surplus of information. I was able to figure out everything from how to check to grocery stores, things to do, restaurants & more! Once we arrived, everything was in order. The bed was comfortable & I loved all of the amenities in the kitchen. I loved how cozy the place felt & the walk out doors to the hiking trail right outside our patio! I would highly recommend The Seasons at Keystone #1836 & would definitely stay here again!

#### Wonderful Stay: Detailed Review

We stayed here for our anniversary and had a great time. Here is our complete review of the place! Pro: -great location and close to Keystone River Run ski parking. -close to hot tub! It’s not noisy and we never had issues with people partying. -kitchen well stocked and didn’t need for anything. -the 2nd bathroom is a plus! (Half bath) Con: -the bedroom has horrible airflow. It was hot the entire time so we slept on the pullout since the living room was cold! -the mattress was a bit hard. -we had a random person parked in our reserved spot and it took a full day for them to be towed, there is no visitor or open parking so this was a difficult situation. Other than that, we would stay again for convenience of location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed staying in the rental in Keystone. It was super clean, had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook, the beds were comfy and it was wonderful having the 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. The only thing would be that there were no overhead fans in the bedroom and it got really warm in there. I am not used to leaving windows open especially on ground floor but that is what we had to do. We propped a box fan on top of a suitcase to get some air into the place at night but we still got warm. An overhead fan would have been so much better. Other than that it was a great location, peaceful and comfortable.

#### Very Nice Overall; a couple of flaws

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Seasons 1836 2-3 times previously and continue to enjoy it overall. Two issues however. First, we could not get either of the TVs to work after trying the "generic" instructions provided. We spent about an hour ourselves and then called Customer Service on Monday. Tuesday someone came to resolve the set up issues. Easy recommendation is to provide specific directions for this (and all units). So we were unable to use the TV for our first 2 days. Unacceptable and aggravating. Second, my wife called about 3:30 on Sunday, Feb 25th, our check in date knowing that the official check in time was 4:30\. The person she spoke with said that early check in required a fee which we passed on. I called a few minutes later hoping to get a more reasonable response which I did without any questions asked. The person I spoke with took care of getting us in and gave us the access code. This is not a $ issue. This is a customer service (and poor at that) issue. It's reasonable that if we called ahead and wanted a GUARANTEED early check in that there would be an early check in fee. However, if the unit is ready, and as in our case, an hour early, good customer service and common sense, would allow early access since no extra effort is required. These type of no brainer issues will have us looking at other places when we vacation again next year. Unfortunately, these issues offset somewhat the other positives about this unit. On the plus side, the assigned parking directly in front of 1836 is fantastic.

Absolutely LOVED this place from the aspen trees in front into our front door entrance To the stream & trail path outside our back door ,Back patio for drinking coffee in the morning !Our grandkids had a place to work out & sit in a hot tub just across the street from us ! No Problems with neighbors or noise ! THiS IS NOW OUR HAPPIEST PLACE EVER 🩷‼🩷‼
