Enjoy spectacular panoramic ocean views from this beautiful condo in a truly private setting! This is one of the best located units in the complex providing unobstructed ocean views from the living area, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom and two lanais and is situated away from all roads and the associated road noise. This two bedroom, two bath upper Wailea Ekolu condo overlooks the 10th fairway of the famous Wailea Old Blue Course. The vaulted ceilings and many windows provide an open, bright and airy tropical feeling. The privacy of this unit cannot be overemphasized as you relax and enjoy spectacular sunsets from two of your three private lanais where no other units face you! This is the perfect perch for whale watching from Dec.- Apr. when the humpback whales migrate to this area to breed and give birth. Wailea Ekolu #306 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit on the second floor with an ocean view with A/C in the living room and both bedrooms. It provides a fully-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, 3 flat-screen TVs, and free WIFI. There is a queen sofa bed in the living room, split system A/C, a ceiling fan, and large flat-screen TV. Both bedrooms provide queen beds, and televisions. The master bedroom is equipped with an en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and the second bathroom includes a walk-in shower. For your beach days, Wailea Ekolu #306 provides beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and a boogie board. BBQ grills are not allowed on individual unit lanais in compliance with fire code restrictions. Community grilling stations are available.
Wailea Ekolu #306 is located on the 10th fairway with expansive ocean views and there are three lanais for you to relax and take in the views. The refreshing A/Cs are on 4 hour timers for energy efficiency. Sleeps 5.

Wailea Ekolu has several lovely pool areas as well as a large pavilion area for larger groups. There are also additional barbecue and picnic areas on the grounds with panoramic views of the ocean and the sunsets. The beautiful Mokapu and Ulua Beaches are just a 10 minute stroll down the hill from Wailea Ekolu. Wailea Ekolu is located on the Wailea Golf Course and is across the street from the Wailea Tennis Club making it the perfect destination for golfers and tennis enthusiasts. It is a quick walk to The Shops at Wailea and the Wailea Promenade where you can walk along the beach for miles. Whale watch, paddle board, body surf and watch the most amazing sunsets imaginable.

This unit was nicely appointed and provided for a great vacation experience. The view is incredible. We would watch the whales play and view spectacular sunsets every night. Close to beaches, shopping, golf and restaurants. This property is highly recommended.

The condo is very clean and quiet, and the location is great. It’s walking distance to coffee shop, groceries and golf. Snorkeling at the Ulua Beach is only 3 min drive. Our family had a wonderful time eating dinner at the lanai and watching sunset!

This was an excellent two bedroom condo in an excellent Wailea location. The accommodations were quite comfortable, and though the property is older, updates have been made and it was very clean and well-kept. The owner was very attentive and helpful throughout the booking process and took personal responsibility to ensure guest needs were met. We would definitely stay here again, and I will certainly recommend this property to family and friends.

Good location with a nice ocean view and view of the golf course. Quiet top floor location with easy access to the community pool and BBQ. Within walking distance of the Wailea shops and a short drive to lots of public beach access. Smaller but functional kitchen perfect for four people. Gil was easy to work with and sent us all the information we needed a couple of weeks prior to our arrival. Condo was top notch, very clean with fabulous views of sunsets from the lanai. I would highly recommend it. It was also great to have our own laundry in the condo.

WE really enjoyed this property we have stayed in multiple VRBO on maui and this one has a view that is amazing. The washer and dryer were so nice to have and worked great! We have very good instructions from Gil and he had all the necessities and we didn't need to get anything! I can see why this is always booked.

Great property !

This is a very clean, well appointed, and well maintained property. There is an unobstructed view of the ocean, and lots of amenities within a short walking distance. It is within walking distance to the beach, but it is easier to drive, especially if you have kids and their beach toys. The quiet location and proximity to everything else more than makes up for it. We would absolutely stay here again.

A week of bliss

Our one-week stay at Gil's condo exceeded expectations. The unit is comfortable, well appointed and had everything we needed on site, from salad spinner to beach chairs. Amazing views from the Lanai were perfect for coffee in the mornings and dinner in the evening. We will return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The expansive ocean and sunset views from the lanai and the property were fantastic. It is steps away from Akamai Coffee and you can also walk to The Shops at Wailea and Wailea Gateway Center. We enjoyed our daily walks to Ulua/Mokapu beach where we saw rays and turtles! This property is on a pristine golf course in Maui. It was easy to book and Gil provided detailed instructions by mail. The condo has a great layout and everything you could possibly need for comfort and cooking. It has a very inviting feel and is updated with new furniture. There is a nice pool on the property that is open until 9pm If you book this condo you will not be disappointed

Perfect for our trip

We loved Gil’s condo. Has everything you will need for a family trip. Would be great for two couples also.. Walking distance to great beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool in the complex was great too, and never busy. Kitchen was well stocked and air conditioning was welcome too :) Gil was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay

Gil's condo was lovely. The view is amazing! We hardly ate out in the surrounding restaurants because we kept thinking our condo had the best view of the ocean. The condo is well equipped: the kitchen has everything you need for eating in including spices, the condo has beach chairs, an umbrella, masks for snorkelling, and a bbq. The location was perfect for us, right on the golf course and a short walk to the beach. We will be back. Thanks
