We went to watch the eclipse. The service at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The manager opened the pool area for us to set up equipment for capturing the eclipse.

My stay was good. The staff kept clean towels daily for me and kept my room clean. My only issue was sharing a room with the bugs. I killed three roaches and that was the first day. I almost went to the office to complain but tiredness got the best of me. Maybe in Texas it's not a big deal to see one or two gladly that was all I saw. The shower however was horrible. The water went down VERY slowly and the water shot out like a fire hose at times. Overall a basic room that needs updating.

The best part of my three night stay was having my doggie with me. Nothing fancy. Room clean including sheets & towels. Ice machine broken, but supplied all the ice needed. Front desk friendly, and requested a bottom room. When realized I did not smoke, I was accommodated. I will stay again, if need be. Because the price was right.
