Coco's Boathouse- Cozy Lakeview Cabin at Kings Cove! 20 mins to SDC

Lakefront/lake view cabin right on the water in Reeds Spring/Aunts Creek area on Table Rock Lake. This former resort cabin is freshly renovated.

Located at former Kings Cove Resort, the cabin has access to amenities that include in-ground salt water pool (open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend) pool table, fire pit, and children play area- all of which are just a few steps from the front door.
This quaint cabin has everything you need to get away and relax. The main area includes a queen size bed, couch, TV, table with 4 chairs. There is a full size bed in the bedroom. The kitchen area includes full size electric stove/range, refrigerator, cookware, utensils, coffee pot, crock pot.

Step out the back door to beautiful Table Rock Lake views and enjoy your meal or morning coffee on the deck with table and 4 chairs. Just below the deck is a Weber kettle grill with tools provided.

Looking for water access? There is a public boat launch less than 10 minutes away (3.8 miles) at Aunt's Creek Park. The closest boat rental and/or slip rental is located at Port of Kimberling Marina which is located 12 minutes away (6.1 miles).
PLEASE NOTE: Per U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rules at Table Rock Lake, we are unable to rent a boat slip.

Interested in other activities? Get to the ‘Branson strip’ within 25 minutes for food, entertainment, shopping, putt putt golf, go carts, etc.

This cabin was perfect! It was very clean, quiet and comfortable! There was a wonderful view of the lake from the spacious back deck. Travis, the property manager was very responsive and great to communicate with. My husband and I highly recommend this cabin will definitely stay here again.

We loved the cabin. The decor was very cute and the cabin was clean. The communication with the host was great! We went in the fall and it was fairly cool so we didn't get to sit on the deck or visit the water but the view is wonderful! The only complaint would be that the shower is very small and the shower head didn't put out the best spray. But overall we had a wonderful time and would definitely book again!

This property was very clean and well maintained and had lots of little touches that were much appreciated! The linens were soft and towels were thick and absorbent. We’ve stayed at a LOT of home rentals and it’s the attention to detail that I found in this home that made it memorable. They even provide a packaged new kitchen sponge for each guest! And they have hand soap and dish soap provided. And kitchen towels and lots of kitchen utensils. The owner was very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay. The location right across from the pool was also great! Would highly recommend this rental!

The house was set up super cute and was very comfortable! The owners were very accommodating and the communication was great. They cared about our stay and experience at there place. As was said by others the bathroom is small but it is what would be expected and served the purpose well. There was a neighborhood just off of King’s Cove that allowed black top walking that looped around and back to place that was great for morning strolls and jogging. And the opportunity not only for more lake views but to see some deer even a family of them in the early morning.

The boathouse was perfect for us… being next to the lake and also having access to the pool was a plus! We liked the quiet and not having a ton of people around. The owners were very accommodating and even allowed us to add an extra day to our rental so that we could enjoy more of Banson… 5 stars is truthfully not a high enough rating for this vacation!! We will definitely come back to the boathouse again!!!
