Fantástico para sus vacaciones en alquiler, ya que cuenta con una gran piscina con spa y baño de cubierta. Un montón de muebles de cubierta permite a todos relajarse y disfrutar del sol de Florida. También hay una gran vista, ya que la casa da a un lago con una fuente y algunos patos. Es solo un lugar de ensueño! La casa en sí se ha mantenido a un nivel muy alto. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisión y hay acceso a Internet para aquellos que necesitan mantenerse en contacto con la oficina. En la planta baja hay dos dormitorios que comparten un baño. Uno tiene una cama de matrimonio y acceso a la terraza de la piscina. El otro tiene dos camas individuales y un tema de Winnie the Pooh. Los otros tres dormitorios se encuentran arriba. Hay un dormitorio principal con cama king size y un balcón con vistas al lago. También cuenta con un baño contiguo con dos lavabos, una bañera y una amplia ducha a ras de suelo. Las otras dos habitaciones tienen dos camas individuales y una cama matrimonial respectivamente. También comparten un baño. En este nivel también hay un estudio con consola de Playstation y mesa de futbolín. Este espacio es una gran adición al hogar porque seguramente mantendrá a los niños entretenidos. El generoso espacio de la planta baja se encuentra en dos áreas. Hay una sala de estar tranquila con 2 sofás y una mesa de café. Esto también alberga la mesa de comedor casas con capacidad para seis. La otra área es la sala de estar con Smart TV LED de 60 pulgadas y cómodos sofás. También hay una barra de desayuno con taburetes altos para que pueda conversar con quienquiera que esté cocinando en la cocina totalmente equipada con todos sus electrodomésticos modernos. También hay una mesa para cuatro para cenas informales. Un medio baño y un lavadero con lavadora y secadora completan las excelentes instalaciones que ofrece esta casa. This is a great house, near the Disney parks and Disney Springs but needs some TLC. Patio furniture was old and dirty, mattresses were noisy but overall a great, spacious house. We had an incident with the pool during our stay as it was very dirty when we checked in. I informed the property manager and the next day we had someone taking care of it but unfortunately the problem was not solved and we couldn't use the pool during our stay. It was nasty. I informed the property manager the day before we left again without asking for anything in return but I did not even receive a "thank you" back. We were super thankful to find a reasonably-priced house for 10 people in the Orlando area on short notice when our Disney cruise got cancelled in late April! This house had everything we needed while we explored Kennedy Space Center and relaxed in the Florida sun. We did find that the listing on VRBO is not completely accurate, however, and the home is in need of some repairs and updates: Several of the vertical blinds are broken, and several light bulbs need replacing. The carpets were clean but have some stains. We did not turn on any heaters to the pool as that would have incurred extra charges, but we also could not make the pool lights work. There is no longer a PlayStation console in the home, and according to management, there hasn't been for years. And while there are TVs in each bedroom and the living room, several remotes had dead or missing batteries, and at least one TV needed to have the channel list reset. Management came right away to resolve the TV issues but seemed irritated that we inquired about them. We did notice some pest issues in two of the bedrooms, but that may be a seasonal issue that all Orlando homes have. And finally, there was a request to start a load of sheets and towels prior to check-out, but there was no laundry detergent provided. (We bought some to do our own laundry, so we went ahead and did most of the linens as well and then left the rest of the detergent.) Overall, this was a comfortable and clean place to stay, and we did not have any major issues that affected the enjoyment of our redesigned vacation. Great Property We had 7 of us at this house and there was plenty of room. The kitchen is great, rooms were all clean and we all loved the pool. The location is perfect, only a short distance to any activity you could possibly want. If you are thinking about having the pool heated I would strongly suggest you start the heat on day one and shut if off after a day or two. The pool gets pretty warm after a couple of days. The property management team is very responsive. We all appreciated that! The entire family had such a great time we cannot wait to come back again and stay here. A nice quiet gated community. Has a nice paved walking trail around one of the ponds. The house was stocked with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. Stewart the property manager was great and replied quickly to all our questions. The heated pool and hot tub were nice and warm and there were plenty of chairs on the large pool deck with covered lanai and even an outdoor shower and bathroom off the pool deck. Fabulous lake side view.. perfect for the sun all day and Eve.. hot tub and pool heat so warm we had to turn it off! modern facilities inside and out. The location is perfect and it always feels safe with it being a gated community. Agents were helpful and easy to deal with.
