"The staff was terrific, the breakfast was SO good ;) and the view from the large rooftop deck amazing! A good hill walk daily to the metro or catch a taxi. We preferred the walk and did so with a backpack and carryon roller bag. This location is fabulous and the hotel is a gem!"

"We truly enjoyed our stay at the Herodion Hotel. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to the Acropolis, Plaka, and several other popular neighborhoods. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel itself is beautiful and very clean, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. We chose to stay in the guesthouse, which is just a two-minute walk from the main hotel. While the guesthouse was lovely, we would likely opt for the main hotel next time. The décor was beautiful and the space was larger than a standard room, but some of the layout felt a bit awkward, such as the small upstairs loft and having the shower separate from the bathroom. The kitchenette was well stocked, though we didn’t end up using it, and the hotel generously provided fresh fruit, wine, and pastries. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay again! "

"Everything about our stay was wonderful. The room was extremely comfortable & clean, the staff were all so friendly & helpful, & the included breakfast was delicious. The most fabulous part was the location! From the rooftop breakfast area, the Parthenon is so close you feel you can reach out & touch it! The hotel is down the street from the Acropolis museum, around the corner from the tour office for our Acropolis tour, super close to a variety of excellent restaurants at the "

"The room was really nice and very clean. The brought-in breakfast was fresh and surprisingly delicious (I wasn’t expecting much). The front desk attendant went above and beyond with support when we had a lost passport. Walking distance to the Plaka and the Acropolis, and a taxi stand just at the end of the block. I highly recommend this hotel!"
