On the ground floor there is a large open-space living room with comfortable couch, air conditioning, TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace. Furthermore, the ground floor offers a lounge room with air conditioning, TV, couch, dining table and wine cooler as well as kitchenette, a luxurious bathroom with corner bathtub and shower, a separate WC, and a sauna with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, TV, and each with private bathroom with shower, one additional bedroom with double bed and air conditioning, and a very comfortable master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, TV, and stylish integrated bathroom with two washbowls and bathtub. Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated. Further details: WiFi available free of charge. Free private parking on the property. Bookings for youth groups (persons under 25 years of age) are not accepted. Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed.
