"El hotel supera las expectativas, las habitaciones están muy cuidadas. El jacuzzi funciona a la perfección y aunque está en el exterior el área es privada. El internet falla cuando llueve muy fuerte, sin embargo nada grave. El personal es muy atento. Definitivamente volveremos."

"Was greeted upon arrival with a cold towel and a drink. The staff was efficient in checking us in, took us to the room and helped deliver the luggage. (This facility only has stairs). Our room had an amazing view of Aranal Volcano (when it is not under the clouds). The Hot Springs are cleaned daily, which is AWESOME! Our stay was fabulous!"

"This place was incredible! The resort itself is stunning! The thermal hot springs were relaxing and super clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. The views from the balcony overlooking the main pool and a straight shot view of the volcano were out of this world. But the real stars of the show are the staff. I’ve traveled all over the world and the amount of attention the staff gave us was above and beyond. From the doorman, to the incredible front desk staff. The pool bar tenders, breakfast and dinner servers. I cannot rave about them enough. It was my wife’s birthday and they surprised her with multiple birthday celebrations unexpectedly. From decor in the room, to birthday cupcakes at breakfast, to birthday decor at dinner. The staff were just amazing! We reserved some of the best massages and body wraps ever. I highly recommend the spa treatments. This place was just an all around amazing resort experience. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel extremely special! Until next time. Pure vida. "
