Excellent

Très bel appartement, avec tout le nécessaire et même au delà, bien situé dans un quartier calme, avec une vue en première ligne sur le bassin. Des hôtes qui vont bien au-delà de vous accueillir, ils vous chouchoutent ! De delicates attentions et de régulières informations ponctuent le séjour. Un vrai plaisir.

Superbe Séjour !

Notre séjour à Arcachon restera dans notre mémoire! L'accueil de Monsieur EYQUEM est irréprochable, mais je ne vous en dit pas plus :-) ! Que dire de l'appartement avec une vue imprenable sur la bassin d' Arcachon . Idéalement placé avec accès direct à la plage et proche de toutes commodités. lieu insolite

Nous avons fais la connaissance très agréable de Mr Yannick (propriétaire). Il nous à bien diriger afin de passer un agréable séjour .( visite , restaurant, commerçant et nous avions toute la documentation a notre disposition). Nous avions une vue superbe sur une partie du bassin d'Arcachon . Après ce séjour ,nous envisageons de renouveler cette période pour 2025, avec grand plaisir. Hôtes exceptionnels et appartement parfait !

Quel plaisir d'avoir fait la connaissance de Yannick et son épouse ! Nous n'avions jamais reçu un tel accueil, si attentionné, avec d'agréables surprises, et de bons moments de partage. Appartement parfait en tous points. Bien situé, bien exposé avec une vue superbe, propre, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé : nos hôtes avaient pensé à tout ! Le prêt des vélos est très appréciable ainsi que la place de parking. Nous avons hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau.

Voyage en Afrique à Arcachon

Très bonne vacances dans un site magnifique. Très chaleureux accueil qui relève de l’excellence. Décor de l’appartement au thème de l’Afrique de très bon goût qui révèle tout une vie de notre hôte. Le bassin d’Arcachon est un site de repos et de découvertes.

Un vrai dépaysement au milieu du magnifique bassin d'Arcachon

Un superbe sejour sous le soleil du mois de mai dans un tres bel appartement, merveilleusement situé dans cet adorable quartier de l'Aiguillon. Une vue imprenable sur le bassin et ses marées, appartement tout confort avec garage fermé. Commerces et plage à proximité . A recommander!

Magnifique appartement fonctionnel et très lumineux. L'appartement est très bien équipé, il ne manque rien. L'accueil du propriétaire est remarquable. Mr Eyquem sait recevoir ! Nous recommandons vivement cette location avec une vue incroyable sur le bassin.

Nous avons apprécié la terrasse donnant sur jolie vue du bassin d'Arcachon et le calme du quartier de l'aiguillon. L'appartement était propre et dispose d'espaces de rangement confortables. L'accueil fût chaleureux avec en bonus le petit déjeuner livré le dimanche au seuil de la porte.

Merveilleux séjour

Appartement tres bien agencé et orienté.

Cet appartement offre une belle vue du bassin. Il est bien équipé, très bien agencé pour 3 personnes bien que y venir à 5 soit envisageable. Le secteur est calme, les commerces présents à courte distance: à pied aussi. Tout y est présent pour un séjour parfait. Merci à mes hôtes pour leur disponibilité et gentillesse.

Accueil simple et chaleureux. Nombreuses attentions à l'arrivée et disponibilité de Mr Eyquem si besoin. Rien ne manque en équipements. Les photos de ce bel appartement parlent d'elles même. Super exposition, situation au calme et sept jours de plein soleil....difficile de demander plus !! Merci

L'appartement est très bien situé. Le propriétaire est très gentil, attentionné. Le prêt de velos est vraiment génial quand on vient de loin. La vue est magnifique. Nous avons passés de superbes vacances.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil , la gentillesse et la bienveillance de Mr Eyquem qui est plein d'attentions pour ses locataires. L'appartement est magnifique et très bien équipé.
