Close to town and new shopping centre and cinemas . Nice room friendly staff. We explored the beautiful ruralfarmlands nearby and the mountain backdrop. Labasa is a very nice town

Excellent customer service, reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Town is in walking distance and it’s safe. We were provided shuttle to and from the Inn. If you need peace and quiet getaway than this place is the best for you. We hired a car and drove around labasa and savusavu in a day. The Inn can arrange a car for you. People are friendly and always willing to help. Thanks for Grace, Ashika and Sonia from The Friendly North Inn for all your assistance.

The grounds are lovely. Deluxe rooms are OK, but standard rooms are grubby mouseholes. Much cheaper to book direct than use Expedia!

The property claimed someone was on the desk 24/7; they weren't. Phone calls were not answered, nor text messages under ' contact the property'. Upon arrival, the bed linen and towels did not seem clean. The tv did not work. There was more than a suspicion of bed bugs. I had sores on my body. Crockery etc was not well-presented and insufficient.

The room shown on internet and room provided was disappointing. The customer service at the sister hotel was fantastic, the issue was sorted by the reception at Grand and was offered a Room there. Staff from the venue are fantastic and extremely hey with a Fijian smile. Even the rental was sorted. Because of the Loving and caring staff I will stay I will stay at Grand not at Friendly North
