DONT STAY ON THE 6th FLOOR! This hotel would’ve had a much higher rating but it was hot out and the room wouldn’t cool. Our last night, we finally had to switch rooms at 3am because it was too hot. The rooms on the 3rd floor were much better and cooler but not the suite we paid for. Staff was great and tried to help but this is a management issue in my opinion. They know they have an issue but they don’t deal with it.

We can not begin to express how wonderful this property is. The location is perfect. Walkable to pretty much everything, metro stop very close if you need to use it & on a very quiet street. Our room was beautifully appointed. My husband & I were traveling with our 18 yr old daughter and when we booked there was only a loft suite available but it ended up being more than comfortable for us. The day we arrived and were taken up to the room we noticed that the bathroom had a window out to the main room. We casually mentioned that it would be fine-we would just leave the room when our daughter needed to shower to give her privacy. We came back from a day of sightseeing to find that they had installed a privacy film on the window!! To do that within 24-36 hours of us casually mentioning it was unbelievable to us. That is the attention to detail that Helene and her staff provided. Every single member of the staff that we met were incredibly friendly & helpful. A special thank you to Helene, Marco and the absolute best Bartender Xavier!! His drinks were by far some of the best we had over the week we were there. We will definitely be back to stay as this hotel and staff made our trip unforgettable.
