As the hotel is open all year around, they should have a heated pool and also more heat in the room/bathroom as it is rated a five star hotel and the temperature can be quite cold in Florianopolis. "Estava precisando muito descansar e por isso escolhi me hospedar neste hotel. Não sou de floripa e não sabia que tinha um restaurante anexo ao hotel. O barulho de pessoas falando e música ao vivo em volume alto, fez com que meu descanso não acontecesse e acabei ficando o tempo todo no quarto pq o lugar estava lotado. O dono, sua família e os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos. O quarto está novinho e é como na foto. O contato com a lagoa e a experiência do barco são muito boas. Mas...
