"9/10 food variety was great, staff friendly, very clean , well managed, a lot for adults and kids to do. 5 min walk to beach. Only issue rooms were warm and air con didn’t work. "

We absolutely loved everything of our 5 night stay from the moment we arrived at the front desk. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful with such professionalism. The grounds are immaculate and our 2 bedroom 2 level accommodations were 5 star plus. Everything you could need or want in the kitchen including a full size fridge a lots of fine living space. Will definitely return and would highly recommend.

The hotel was very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The food and the service was mixed. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are friendly but one person in particular didn’t seem to give the same high level of service as others, and would automatically assume that we leave a tip (which is listed as optional). In fact the dining experience on 2 occasions was really really slow (as in waiting 45minutes for a dish of spaghetti bolognese, bread and goats cheese and a tomato salad, when there was around 10 people in the restaurant! And still they entered the amount in the card machine to include the tip!) you can easily get to the marina and eat at a nice restaurant for nearly half the amount. Location was excellent, the pool was lovely, and would probably stay again (although a refurb wouldn’t go amiss).

"Such a convenient location with wonderful staff! They provide tea, kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary breakfast which is a great bonus. The hotel pool is not crowded and clean. It's walkable to the beach. Only comment to keep it from a perfect review is that a couple of the pillowcases and bedsheet had stains. They were nice enough to hold on to our baggage after checkout so we didn't have to lug around our baggage while we did couple activities. Overall would recommend! "

"I just had the wonderful time staying at this family-friendly villa, and I cannot praise it enough. The environment is just gorgeous, providing a serene and picturesque setting that truly makes you feel like you're on a dream holiday. The staff at the villa are exceptionally friendly and professional. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel welcomed and attended to all our needs and they are always contactable by WhatsApp! Their warm hospitality and attention to detail truly elevated our stay, making it an unforgettable experience."

"Much of the property and hotel have been remodeled. Although clean, the rooms have been ignored since the mid 70' probably. They need updating. I've never encountered a hairdryer fixed to the wall with 2 feet of fat corrogated tubing. We asked cleaning staff for extra towels on our second day, which we received. We needed an additional one later in the day. When I asked the same cleaning for one, they began arguing with each other and then told me " go to your room". Our towels were wet and used. Out of spite apparently, they neglected to clean our room the next day and told management we had a do not disturb sign on our door all day, which wasnt true. We used wet towels again the text day. Management argued with us when we mentioned this towel situation. They were not friendly at this hotel. They treated us disrespectfully. Over a towel??"
